Interesting patient, ?pagets disease
Today I saw an interesting patient; 30 year old male with a Hx of osteoporosis in his Lx and Right hip. He was c/o a 1/12 Hx of an insidious onset of Right shoulder pain and pins and needles and nubness in his right hand. DH: calceous, alendronic acid, fluoxetine, lansoprazole, omega 3, glucosamine, ibuprofen.
